The Reviews queue for one brand, filtered by source and status. A five-star product review is open: it is linked to the customer who wrote it by their verified-buyer email, and a reply drafted by the brand’s review agent waits to be published. A two-star review beside it has been escalated to a recovery ticket.
Agents Ops
Ops shows what each agent is doing and did: the tools it called, the receipts behind its answer, spend against a ceiling, and any reply still inside its undo window.

Home pulls the urgent parts of every module onto one screen, each card a link straight to the work.
Reviews hears what customers say in public. Forms asks them directly. Both land on the same profile as their orders and conversations.
Three reviews arrive in one queue from Yotpo and Trustpilot. The five-star review is linked to Marisol Okafor, whose profile already shows her delivered order and a five out of five satisfaction-form answer. A reply drafted by the Review responder agent waits to be published as the brand. The two-star review is escalated and a recovery ticket opens in Threads.
A satisfaction survey goes out as a personal link when a ticket resolves, so the answer is verified and lands on the ticket and the customer. A low score opens a new ticket before anyone reads a report.
A one-question survey asks how likely the customer is to recommend the brand, from 0 to 10. Marisol Okafor answers 9 and the answer is saved to her profile. Dev Patel answers 3, and a ticket opens in Threads with a drafted reply.
They sign in as themselves with scoped keys, act through the same API as the app, and every action they take is on the record.
Every customer-facing AI reply says it is AI. Your handoff rules decide when a person takes over, and an ungrounded answer is never sent.
